Founded by GianPaul Delle Donne in 2020, his vision of bringing out the best in leaders and propelling businesses to their full potential had always been top of mind and created Spark Leadership to accomplish just that. An award winning entrepreneur from Guelph, Ontario, Canada has earned awards through his previous trade based landscaping businesses consisting of the 2016 Outstanding Trade award, the 2020 Best Landscaping Company award Guelph-Wellington and the 2016 Entrepreneurship Award for the top entrepreneur under 30. 

GianPaul is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University in Psychology and Business Management and earned a Specialization in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University. With 12 years experience running 2 successful trade based businesses, GianPaul knows what its like to work in a small business, build a small business and what it takes to make that small business successful.
